Wow! How often can you say that you received a well made, solid product for little cost? When I ordered the peeing Pug, I figured it would be fairly cheaply made and not so realistic looking- and that the paint would likely peel in time...this guy is wonderful! The statue looks so real that when I took a photo and emailed it, my friends thought I had gotten a Pug!! I love it- very well made and substantial. I am very satisfied with this fun dog statue.

NaturVet Bitter Yuck No Chew Spray Review

We have three dogs: a Beagle mix, a Pomeranian mix, and a pure bred Mastiff.They were chewing on our wood furniture and couch cushions. So, I bought this spray and applied it as directed.They kept chewing.So, I literally soaked the items with this stuff.They kept chewing.

All this stuff accomplishes is two things:

#1: It wastes your money.Let's face it, it's essentially water with some bitter rosemary extract in it.It's not exactly worth what they charge for it.

#2:It coats everything in a very bitter-tasting spray.So, if you put it on anything you handle or lay on frequently, this stuff will eventually end up in your mouth.Not to mention the taste of the overspray when you apply it.

Don't even bother with this.The only good thing I can say about it is that it is odor free.

You're best of trying other methods to prevent chewing.

This was a great costume!It was easy to put on and my dog didn't seem to mind wearing it.It works better with a collar than a harness.The harness/leash get a little tangled up in the costume.Also, the costume would probably look a little better on a dark colored dog...ours is white.Still, we entered our home town pet parade...I was a a ketchup bottle, must husband was a mustard bottle and of course our dog was a hotdog.We got so many compliments and we even won second place!

Red Dingo Reflective Safety Dog Lead, Large Review

I love this leash. Admittedly, I've only used about a dozen leashes total throughout my life, but this one is so great, I intend to choose Red Dingo for any future purchases. Originally, we chose this leash because it was reflective, came in purple, and had a matching collar available. However, I love the product for other reasons: the full length of the lead is reflective (many other reflective leashes are only reflective at the dog's end), the quality is exceptional (some other reflective leashes have reflective tape easily separated from the leash), and the padded handle is an absolute pleasure to hold onto. I'm sure no one else's dogs would ever pull and strain on their leashes, but my lovable but undisciplined mutt occasionally does, and the padding and smooth texture of this handle lets it glide around my wrist and hand instead of giving me "rug burns" like all our previous leash handles did. It's a small pleasure in this ugly world, but this leash has made twice daily walks with my dog that much nicer. I'm considering ordering a spare, these are so great. Highest recommendation from a devoted dog walker.

Nostalgia RHD-400 Mini Retro Hot Dog Roller Review

I purchased this hot dog roller, and had to return it immediately.The pieces were very cheap, and the rod that inserts in to the geared hole to allow the motor to spin the rollers was not close enough, so the rollers would not spin when turned on.After fooling around with the appliance for 30 minutes while my kids anxiously awaited a cooked hot dog, I finally gave up, reboxed it and cooked them in a pan on the stove!
() ===<-- That rod needed to insert in to that hole for the machine to work.The rod when the roller tray is laid down, is about 1/8 of an inch outside that hole and would not insert unless I modified the machine with pliers and a screwdriver.I would recommend a more expensive machine!

Hot Doggers Boots for Dogs - Small Review

These are for cold weather use - they are made of fleece so it keeps your dog's paws warm. Here in Georgia, my dog's paws just got sweaty and smelled awful. They also did not stay on very well. If she romps around one will fly off her paw. I bought the all-weather muttluks (they are yellow) since then and I like them much better for warm weather.

Concepts Electronix Hot Diggity Dogger Review

If you're like me, you like your hot dogs best when they're grilled, and this makes the best indoor-cooked hot dogs I've ever tasted and fairly fast, too. It's basically a large size toaster, with heating elements (like a toaster's) in the middle, and a metal basket that holds 2 hot dogs inbetween the heating elements. The metal plates that the heating elements are attached to in the center don't completely extend the width of the toaster so that heat can leak around them to toast the buns. The outer sides of the bun don't toast, which is how I prefer it.

While overall I love this product, there is room for improvement. It's true they cook a little unevenly, so for more even cooking, I flip the hot dogs halfway through the cooking. The manufacturer does say not to use bun-length or fat hot dogs, but since I prefer bun-length I went ahead broke that rule, and they came out great. I don't think I'd use it for fat hot dogs though. Secondly, the buns stick out a little so I also flip them partway through the cooking process, and since I don't like them quite as toasted I wait to add them when I'm flipping the hot dogs. The other problem is getting the hot dogs out of the basket, which is too hot to touch once they've finished cooking. They should include a nylon prong or tongs (maybe with a hot dog shaped handle?) to make it easier to extract the cooked hot dogs from that hot basket. Once they've cooled, it's a snap to clean the basket and removable drip tray.

I'd have given this item 5 stars if they made it so that the buns fit, you could definitely use bun-length dogs, and it came with a nylon prong or tongs for extracting cooked hot dogs. But while there is room for improvement and you may have to take a few extra steps to make hot dogs & buns cook evenly, I still recommend this product for great indoor hot dogs, I love it.

24 Inch Hot Pink Leather Spiked Dog Collar 1" Spikes Review

I bought this for my dog and within 2 days the spikes started falling out. I bought locktite and reattached them but it seemed as soon as I got one back on another one had fallen out.Past that, the collar fit true to size and was definately a head-turner.Just wish it was a better quality.
