19 Inch Hot Pink Leather Spiked / Studded Dog Collar Review

This collar is not what I expected.The color is a very dull pink, not bright like in the picture.The spikes are very sharp and not safe for the dog if he should try to scratch her neck or anything by the collar.The leather is very stiff and dry.I expected better quality for the price.
